CATEGORY PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Working hours: Monday to Friday
1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Cost Management
- Lead the RFQ and RFP process.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers for standard portfolios and assist the Line Manager in high-spend and complex procurement projects.
- Track and record the spending report.
Supplier Management
- Lead the supplier accreditation process.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance across key metrics, including delivery, quality, and service levels.
- Ensure supplier OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance is maintained in alignment with company targets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvements in lead times, quality optimization, and vendor-led innovations.
- Support the Line Manager in conducting periodic Supplier Business Reviews and updating supplier scorecards.
Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Generate regular procurement performance and spend reports.
- Reconcile procurement data with Finance and users as required.
Collaboration
- Collect feedback from end users to actively resolve issues.
- Provide status updates on PR/PO within defined SLA.
- Engage with global procurement team and internal stakeholders.
- Execute other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager as required.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
At least 3 years’ procurement experience in relevant categories; experience in F&B, FMCG or G2R industry is preferred.
Training/License/Certification
Procurement and Supply Chain, Project Management.
