Position: Employer Branding Supervisor (HR Unit)
- Report to: Talent Acquisition Manager
- Work location: HCMC
- Working time: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
1. Employer brand awareness promotion:
- In-corporate with related stakeholders to identify EVP and promote the EVP through various channels/digital platforms.
- Produce Employer Branding strategies and programs to build the employer brand in various channels.
- Create a comprehensive program that enables employees as primary ambassadors who showcase their employee experience to help attract top talents
2. Candidate attraction:
- Understand the talent profiles of the company and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
- Coordinate with TA team to build talent pipelines on various channels and enhance current programs to improve quality, speed, efficiency, and overall strategic value of talent acquisition.
- Build long-lasting relationships with university partners
3. Data analyst and measurement:
- Measure and report the effectiveness of Employer Branding campaigns on analytics
- Continuously review past projects for improvement, and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders and making data-driven decisions about future Employer Branding activities.
4. Other tasks as assigned
Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience with a strong background in Branding/Communications.
- Have experience in event organizing, creating and managing contents on social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms), project management.
- Strong English and Vietnamese writing skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, Ads)
- Skills: organization, logical thinking, time-management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attitude: fast-adapt, resilient, can-do attitude, teamwork.
