Responsibilities

  • Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing potential candidates through various recruitment channels and social media platforms.
  • Communicate with candidates, provide recruitment information, schedule interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, university partnerships, career fairs, and social media activities.
  • Design basic recruitment materials such as posters, banners, and social media content to support talent attraction efforts.
  • Track and maintain candidate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of recruitment records.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and support recruitment projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Available to work full-time from Monday to Friday
  • Passionate about Human Resources, especially Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or content creation skills are a plus.
