Responsibilities
- Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing potential candidates through various recruitment channels and social media platforms.
- Communicate with candidates, provide recruitment information, schedule interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support Employer Branding initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, university partnerships, career fairs, and social media activities.
- Design basic recruitment materials such as posters, banners, and social media content to support talent attraction efforts.
- Track and maintain candidate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of recruitment records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and support recruitment projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Available to work full-time from Monday to Friday
- Passionate about Human Resources, especially Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or content creation skills are a plus.
