Job Responsibilities
-
Performance Management System (PMS)
-
Design and update the PMS tailored to the characteristics of both store operations and office functions
-
Guide the implementation of SMART goal-setting processes across all levels
-
Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and managers to monitor and support periodic performance evaluations (mid-year, year-end)
-
Ensure PMS is aligned with career development pathways, talent assessments, and rewards programs
-
Analyze performance data to identify top performers, those needing support, or further development
-

Talent Review
-
Design and organize the annual Talent Review process
-
Train managers on potential-performance assessment models (e.g., 9-box grid or equivalent)
-
Analyze and identify key talent groups: Key Talents, High Potentials, Successors
-
Advise management on talent development and retention strategies based on Talent Review outcomes
-
Manage and update the company-wide Talent Pool system
-

Succession Planning & Key Talent Development
-
Develop competency frameworks for each succession level
-
Work with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to design individual development programs (IDPs, coaching, fast-track programs, etc.)
-
Propose and implement clear career development roadmaps for successors
-
Monitor the development progress and readiness levels of succession candidates
-
Work closely with departments to maintain a flexible succession pipeline aligned with business strategies
-

Provide training and supervision to enhance the capabilities of team members

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head

Requirements
-
Clear speaking voice

Good English communication skills

Knowledge and experience in behavioral competencies

Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Strong management, communication, analytical, and coaching skills

Energetic, with a high sense of responsibility
Working Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
-
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar position (Management levels)
-
Preference for candidates with experience in the F&B industry
