Category Procurement Specialist (Capex, MRO) - For Factory
Report to: Procurement Manager
Work location: Binh Thanh Dist - HCMC
Working hours: Monday to Friday
1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Cost Effectiveness
- Support the supplier qualifying process.
- Support negotiations by providing cost analysis and supplier comparisons.
- Track and record the spending report.
Supplier Management
- Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality, and service.
- Collaborating with suppliers to improve quality, lead time, and innovation
- Ensuring OTIF performance.
Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Generate regular procurement performance and spend reports.
- Reconcile procurement data with finance and operations.
Collaboration
- Collect feedback from EUs to resolve the issue.
- Provide status updates on PR/PO within defined SLA
- Engage with global team and corporate wide internal stakeholders
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Procurement.
Training / License / Certification
- Background in Procurement & Supply Chain, Economics, or related disciplines.
Essential Traits
- Data-minded with strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
