Responsibilities
- Support employer branding activities across online and offline channels to strengthen the company‘s employer brand.
- Assist in planning and executing employer branding campaigns, recruitment marketing initiatives, campus engagement programs, career fairs, and hiring events.
- Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, career pages, and internal communication channels.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and cross-functional teams to develop employer branding initiatives that support hiring objectives.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing employer branding budgets, including budget planning, allocation, expense tracking, vendor coordination, cost review, and ROI evaluation.
- Track, monitor, and analyze employer branding performance metrics, including engagement, reach, candidate attraction, campaign effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
- Conduct market research and benchmark employer branding trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Maintain employer branding assets, content libraries, databases, campaign records, and reporting dashboards, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on employer branding activities, campaign performance, key achievements, insights, and recommendations for management review.
- Support other Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates, available to work full-time from Monday to Friday.
- Passionate about Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and campaign ideas.
- Good organizational and project coordination skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and current digital trends.
- Design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar tools) are required.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good English communication skills.
