Responsibilities:
- Data Management
- Update, arrange personal data, labor contract, appendix, promotion, demotion, movement, reward, disciplinary, termination and other documents of employees
- Update, manage employee data on HR application
- Monitor, control policy system of company
- Store, preserve documents of labor, salary, bonus, insurance, personal income tax
- Manage and update HRM software (FPT, SAP)
- Payroll
- Check, supervise attendance record for employees
- Manage leave, over time
- Calculate incentives, allowances
- Calculate salary, pay salary, bonus
- Insurance
- Monitor and update data on increase, decrease of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance with insurance agencies
- Complete documents, contact to insurance agencies for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance benefits of employees
- Personal Income Tax
- Register tax codes and dependents
- Make PIT declaration, monthly PIT payment
- Make PIT finalization
- Others
- Report for labor, insurance, personal income tax with government and company internal
- Promptly update law for adjusting benefits, policies, salaries
- Answer questions related to policies, salaries and others to employees
- Perform other tasks under direction of manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Human Resources Management, Accounting
- At least 3 year experiences in C&B
- Experience in using HR application for labor management and payroll
- Priority for candidates who have experience in restaurant / fast food / hotel
- Good English is a priority
- Understand Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law
- Good at Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, especially in Excel
- Good at management, communication, analyzation, solving problem
- Carefulness, honest, responsibility
