MAIN DUTIES:

1. Supply chain Feedback monitoring

Coordinate with the Supply Chain Care to consolidate and monitor supply chain complaint data timely and accurately.

Manage and update the data, and provide it for the department’s periodic reports.

2. Audit logistic

Supports the logistical preparation for annual/new accreditation Supply Chain Quality Management audits or onsite vendor visits.

Make reservations for meeting rooms, airline tickets, and hotel accommodations for RSQM personnel.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure audit procedures are conducted as planned, including the requirement to have actual Jollibee product production on the audit day.

Responsible for sending audit schedules and plans, as well as communicating audit results to suppliers and relevant departments.

Monitor and update annual audit data.

3. Training logistic

Supports the logistical preparation for all Supply Chain Quality Management trainings, refreshers, and orientations.

Responsible for sourcing information, obtaining quotations, coordinating, and handling payment contracts (if any) with external training partners based on departmental needs and management.

4. Veeva & digital DCS support

Support in following up supplier FSQ documents and uploading them to Veeva according to Jollibee Group’s periodic requirements.

Provide support in handling inquiries related to Veeva and DCS from vendors and relevant departments.

Be responsible for testing and running trial functions of new Veeva system features.

Report any Veeva system incidents to the Veeva In-charge, Supply Chain Quality Management Specialist.

Support tracking of user and account data, receive notifications, and facilitate recurring payments for the Veeva platform.

5. Admin work

Employee shall accomplish other duties and functions related to Quality Management as may be assigned by Immediate Superior or Department Head.

When requested, contact the store or the relevant department in Commy to obtain data and consolidate it for the Supply Chain Quality Management department.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education

• Graduated University / College in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Dietetic Science, or other Food-related disciplines.

2. Experience

• Not required (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

3. Training / License / Certification

• Any training related to Quality Management, Food Safety, or Food Safety Quality System auditing.

• Exposure in Transportation, Warehousing, or Retail auditing is an advantage.

4. Essential Traits

• Strong administrative skills, including planning, organizing, time management, and attention to detail.

• Able to work under pressure and stress tolerant.

• Capable of following instructions, systems, and procedures accurately.

• Preferably with good English communication skills.
