Job desription
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition (TA) manager and other TA members to determine needs.
- Analyzing performance metrics of Talent acquisition.
- Maintaining candiate databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity.
- Developing and implementing new processes, templates and systems for efficient recruitment management.
- Cooperate with System supplier to optimizing processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
- Creating user accounts, managing access of user.
- Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
- Tracking and implementing technological advancements in the recruitment field.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong background in HRIS/Database management
- Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes.
- Skills: Organization, Logical thinking, Time-management, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Attitude: Fast-Adapt, Resilient, Can-do attitude, Teamwork.
