Job desription

• Collaborating with Talent Acquisition (TA) manager and other TA members to determine needs.
• Analyzing performance metrics of Talent acquisition.
• Maintaining candiate databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity.
• Developing and implementing new processes, templates and systems for efficient recruitment management.
• Cooperate with System supplier to optimizing processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
• Creating user accounts, managing access of user.
• Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
• Tracking and implementing technological advancements in the recruitment field.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong background in HRIS/Database management
• Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes.
• Skills: Organization, Logical thinking, Time-management, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Attitude: Fast-Adapt, Resilient, Can-do attitude, Teamwork.
