POSITION: MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING DESIGN SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:
- MEP Design Officer is responsible for supporting the MEP team in preparing layout designs, technical drawings, and project documentation for new store development and renovation projects across the Jollibee Vietnam network. The role ensures that all design outputs comply with Jollibee brand standards, local regulations, and project requirements.
- Key responsibilities include conducting basic site surveys, producing layout and design drawings, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, updating project documentation, and supporting the team in tracking design and construction progress to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- The role also contributes to maintaining design quality, accuracy of documentation, and effective implementation of store development standards for the Jollibee Vietnam system.
MAIN DUTIES:
1.Design Preparation & Compliance.
• Produce MEP schematic/ layout drawings and technical documents as assigned.
• Ensure all drawings comply with Jollibee guidelines/ handbook, MEP design standards, and local regulations.
• Site surveys and collect technical data for design development.
• Assist in updating design standards, templates, and drawing libraries.
2.Coordination & Design Implementation.
• Coordinate with design consultants and suppliers during design development.
• Support design implementation during renovation and new-store projects.
• Collaborate with internal Department / Unit such as BNDU, PnD, RS for smooth project execution.
• Assist in identifying design inconsistencies and propose solutions.
3.Documentation & Project Support.
• Maintain project documentation, design archives, and updated drawings.
• Support supplier & consultant management to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Improve internal workflows and documentation standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
2.Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical, plumbing.
- Experience working with design consultants, suppliers, or contractors.
- Experience in preparing layout drawings, technical documents, and project design packages.
- Understanding of basic construction processes and local building regulations.
3.Training / License / Certification
- Certificates related to design software (AutoCAD, Revit) are preferred.
4.Essential Traits (Technical Skills)
- Strong skills in layout design, MEP drawing, attention to detail, and patience in drafting work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.
- Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings.
- Good documentation and file management practices.
- Understanding of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
