Responsibilities
- Support recruitment sourcing activities by managing candidate pipelines and maintaining an updated talent pool database
- Track and monitor recruitment data, ensuring candidate information is accurate, complete, and well-organized
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze sourcing performance, including candidate conversion rates, source effectiveness, and hiring trends
- Assist in evaluating existing sourcing channels and explore potential new channels to attract qualified candidates
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns by tracking results and measuring effectiveness
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and provide data-driven support for recruitment planning
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates, available to work full-time from Monday to Friday
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, FILTER, Pivot Table, etc.
- Interested in recruitment analytics, sourcing strategy, and workforce planning
- Good English communication skills
