KEY RESULT AREA:
- Trade area map: Understanding and mapping the traffic generators of each trade area.
- Planning and executing marketing activities, promotion, and activation, including proposal development, demand forecasting, POSMs production, budget management, promotion announcements, training documents, and promotion setting-up with Finance/IT to ensure the successful implementation and monitoring programs which happened within trade area.
- Managing and monitoring all Marketing POSM at stores
- Working closely with Marketing team overhead to execute nationwide promotions, and campaigns launching.
- Plan and execute new store opening campaign in terms of promotion, activities aiming to drive awareness, store traffic & sales.
- Create and manage marketing plans for critical stores.
- Train and develop store marketing supervisors to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Marketing management team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Bachelors Degree, preferably with marketing focus.
- Experience:
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG/F&B/Retail Industry
• Prefer Operation experience/Retail desirable.
• Experience in promotion, brand/ store activation, event, sampling, roadshow
• Experience in planning and presenting Training/License/ Certification Essential Traits
• Basic understanding of Marketing
• Think strategically but also get down to the lowest level of detail.
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Proactive, result-driven, good time management and hard-working.
• Build solid relationships internally and externally.
• Operate as an individual and in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a plus.
