* Job Specifications
1. Cost Management
- Drive cost effectiveness through strategic negotiation, bidding processes, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
- Identify, track, and deliver cost-saving opportunities across categories.
- Conduct regular spending analytics to uncover cost optimization opportunities and support budgeting decisions.
2. Supplier Management
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term value.
- Lead supplier performance reviews and development plans, conducting monthly/quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard new suppliers to ensure supply capacity and capability meet business requirements.
- Maintain and update the supplier master database.
- Ensure strict compliance with contracts, embedding Standard Terms and Conditions (STC), Supplier Code of Conduct (SCOC), and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDA).
3. Quality & Compliance Managemen
- Ensure all QA/FS (Quality Assurance/Food Safety) requirements are met, including Certificate of Analysis (COA), traceability, and legal documents required for warehouse entry.
- Embed HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) clauses in contracts to align with company policies and Vietnam law.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and local legal regulations.
4. Data & Report Management
- Build and maintain comprehensive databases for suppliers, pricing, cost analysis, project management, and performance scorecards.
- Monitor category spend and generate regular reports on cost and supplier performance.
5. Stakeholder Satisfaction & Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with key departments including Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and IT.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, supplier innovations, and accreditation information.
- Establish governance forums to ensure transparency in procurement performance.
6. Process Excellence & Innovation
- Ensure 100% compliance with Procurement Policy and Process.
- Standardize sourcing methodologies and contract governance across all categories.
- Deploy advanced digital tools (e.g., spend analytics, supplier portals) to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain and drive continuous improvement programs within the procurement function.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
* Requirements
- Education: College degree or higher in Economics, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Purchasing (Kitchen equip. / Electronic / Packaging)
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
