- Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) project
- Monitor and validate candidate data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in formatting
- Prepare ad-hoc reports to analyze and identify insights for specific issues, such as recruitment campaign performance
- Contribute ideas to improve data tracking and reporting processes
- Support the design and development of dashboards for recruitment data tracking
- Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of sourcing channels, provide insights, and propose new potential channels
- Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates, available to work full-time from Monday to Friday
- Honest, proactive, with strong analytical, data processing, and logical thinking skills
- Experience using Excel for tracking; familiar with functions such as:
(VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, FILTER, etc.) - Good English communication skills
